About the position of Working Student Learning & Development
What to expect of the Working Student Learning & Development position within Huisman?
For our HR department, we are looking for a Working Student Learning & Development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience within an innovative and technically oriented working environment. You will become part of a dynamic team within a leading technical company and receive guidance from experienced professionals. As a working student Learning & Development at Huisman, you will contribute to training and personal development programmes. You will also support the team with daily administrative and organisational tasks. Working hours are flexible and therefore easy to combine with your studies.

What do we expect of you?
We are looking for students who take initiative and contribute their own ideas, someone who does not shy away from challenges and has a passion for data, technology and administrative processes. In addition, we value energy and enthusiasm. We are looking for bright minds!
Wondering if you are 'equipped for impact'?
You are:
- An MBO or HBO student in Human Resources or similar studies;
- Available for a minimum of 16 hours per week;
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with an interest in Learning & Development.
You have:
- A proactive attitude;
- Affinity with HR;
- A hands-on mentality and know how to get to work;
- The ability to adapt quickly to new requirements and know how to prioritise;
- An eager to learn and the motivation to continuously improve yourself.
Some practical things we need you to have:
- An EU passport/valid work permit for The Netherlands;
- A good command of the English language verbally and in writing.
