About the position of HR Coordinator
What can you expect from the HR Coordinator position at Huisman?
As the HR Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day guidance to the HR team. You delegate tasks, closely monitor the schedule, and oversee the quality of HR processes and administration, including those within AFAS. You act as the primary contact for HR support services and continuously seek opportunities to improve them. You proactively foster collaboration with other HR disciplines.
Together with your two HR Support colleagues, you work to optimise processes. You consistently strive to improve employee and manager satisfaction. You take the lead in innovation, focusing not only on continuous optimisation and improvement but also on operational matters.
