About the position of Administrator - Services
As an Administrator, you are important in the procurement department. You make sure that the procurement processes run smoothly by providing support and structure. You think about how processes can be more efficient. You are always ready to help with purchase orders, suppliers, or colleagues.
What do we expect of you?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the procurement department by performing administrative tasks such as entering purchase orders and maintaining procurement records;
- Managing and following up supplier order confirmations;
- Checking and processing invoices and purchase orders;
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the procurement process;
- Think about process improvements and increasing efficiency within the department;
- Supporting various projects, such as mapping out process changes or following up on the actions that these changes require.

You are:
- Well organised and able to switch between tasks quickly;
- A go-getter with a structured working style and can prioritise well;
- A team player who can also work independently.
You have:
- NT2 certification;
- A hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude;
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail;
- Experience of administrative tasks, preferably in a procurement or logistics environment;
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Some practical things we need you to have:
- An EU passport/valid work permit for the Netherlands;
- A good command of the Dutch and English language verbally and in writing.

- After the deadline, we will make a selection of candidates. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an initial interview. We may close the vacancy earlier if we receive a suitable application;
- We aim to hold the first interview in week 48;
- We may ask for references from your current and/or previous employer(s) after the first interview, in consultation of course.
